TIPS AND TRICKS
- To enhance the appetite, have a slice of fresh ginger root spiked with some rock salt and fresh lemon juice about an hour before a meal
- Chew fennel seeds after a meal to enhance digestion and freshen the breath naturally
- A flake of garlic swallowed with water taken empty stomach daily in the morning can be helpful in solving many stomach & gastric problems
- Have Fenugreek tea to maintain oral hygiene
- Fennel is an age-old solution for trapped wind. Chewing a teaspoon of the fennel seed is a popular natural remedy
- Take Ajwain Tea for relief of muscular cramps. Add 2 generous pinches of Ajwain in 2 cups of water and boil it until it reduces to half. Strain and add honey and drink two to three times a day for muscle cramps
- For menstrual cramps, Massage your lower abdomen with sesame oil with gentle downward strokes. For better result slightly warm the oil before massage and apply a hot water bag over lower abdomen
- Drinking hot ginger tea and taking in pungent spices like black pepper, cinnamon and cloves to reduce mucus congestion
- Boil neem leaves in water for 15 mins. Keep it in a spray bottle and spray every time before you wash your hair for a more hydrated scalp.
- For acne, apply Mixture of Sandalwood paste, Turmeric with rosewater on affected Skin every day. Leave it for 30mins and wash it off with cold water
- For acne, crush some fresh and clean tulsi leaves, take out its juice and massage it on your face. Let the face absorb the juice of 15-20 minutes and rinse off with clean water
- Infusions made of coriander seeds or fennel seeds can be used as cold eye-wash for eye strain
- Cut thick slices of cucumbers and refrigerate it, placing the chilled slices on the dark circles for about 10 minutes. Then rinse the area with water. Repeat this treatment twice a day
- chilling the Tea bags in the refrigerator for a few minutes. Place a bag on each eye. After five minutes, remove the teabags and rinse the area with cold water
- Drink a cup of warm milk every night before sleep for better sleep
- Having pomegranate’s juice daily is good for the heart and useful for people suffering from low blood pressure
- A simple remedy for anemia or iron deficiency – Pound 3-4 soft dates with milk and add a little ghee in it. Eating this mixture will help to prevent Anemia.
